A half-day course for trained MHFAiders who want to renew their certification.

The refresher keeps your mental health knowledge, awareness and skills up to date so you can carry out your MHFAider role with confidence. It's also a safe space to practise mental health first aid and share learning with other MHFAiders.
MHFA England recommends taking the refresher every three years. Completing it renews your MHFAider certification for another three years.
People who have already completed Mental Health First Aid training.
You'll receive a digital MHFAider certificate, a digital manual and a workbook.
